Engineer - VMC Programming & Nesting

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines based on drawings and specifications.
• Perform nesting operations for sheet metal or component manufacturing to maximize material utilization.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend improvements in programming or setup.
• Maintain documentation of programs, tooling, and process parameters.
• Assist in training operators and supporting smooth production operations.
• Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and enhance quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in VMC programming and nesting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
