Engineer/Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end plant maintenance & ensure maximum equipment uptime

* Plan & drive Preventive Maintenance (PM) & breakdown control systems

* Handle Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems

* Manage utilities – EOT Cranes, Compressors, DG sets & LT/HT panels

* Conduct RCA & implement long-term corrective actions

* Manage maintenance team, critical spares & vendor coordination

* Drive cost optimization, MTBF improvement & TPM initiatives while ensuring safety compliance

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics

Location: Pithampur (M.P.)

Experience: 6-14 yrs
