Duties

• Assist with rigging operations to safely lift, move, and position heavy components or equipment
• Perform mechanical inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, or other specialized machinery following safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute complex assembly or disassembly tasks
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
• Follow detailed safety procedures during all operations and report any hazards or incidents immediately
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities

Requirements

• Proven experience with rigging techniques and procedures in industrial or construction settings
• Strong mechanical knowledge of machinery, tools, and equipment used in heavy-duty environments
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently with proper certification if required
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Prior experience working with safety standards related to rigging, machinery operation, and industrial maintenance is preferred

Pay: $88,487.90 - $106,566.07 per year
