What You Will Do

Administrative Support

• Organize, maintain, and control engineering files, project documentation, and technical records

• Assist with ordering supplies through BirchStreet and ensure timely follow-up and invoice processing

• Handle correspondence and manage internal email communications

• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage communications for the Director of Engineering

Operational Support

• Assist in preparing audits in accordance with EPP requirements and document monthly reports

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

• Maintain engineering workflows, trackers, documentation, and logs

• Update and manage engineering databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards

• Ensure accurate version control of technical documents, drawings, and manuals

• Proofread and assist in preparing technical documentation

• Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Manage material inventory by maintaining accurate records of spare parts, tools, and consumables, monitoring par stock levels, and conducting periodic physical stock checks in coordination with the Engineering team

What You Bring

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Previous experience supporting an engineering, technical, or project-based team (required)

• Familiarity with engineering terminology is an advantage
