Engineering Consultancy Admin Assistant

The ideal candidate must be an Arabic-speaking lady but able to converse fluently in English with excellent communication skills, strong administrative experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and draft contracts and official documents in both Arabic and English

* Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks

* Welcome clients and visitors professionally and assist them accordingly

* Support basic HR and administrative functions

* Maintain organized records, files, and documentation

* Coordinate with different departments and external parties when required

* Ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

✔ Arabic female candidate

✔ Previous experience in the construction field is required.

✔ Ability to create and review contracts in Arabic and English

✔ Strong Multitasking and organizational skills

✔ Knowledge of HR functions and office administration

✔ Computer literate (MS Office, email correspondence, document management, etc.)

✔ Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Reliable and detail-oriented

* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Positive attitude and team player

* Professional in handling clients and confidential information
