Engineering Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Engineering Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a third-party inspection company. This individual will be responsible for coordinating engineering-related activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing documentation and communication between clients, engineers, and project teams. The Engineering Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of inspection projects across various site.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities of engineering projects related to third-party inspections.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Schedule and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.

Resource Management:

• Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials for inspections.
• Assist in managing budgets and resources for ongoing inspection projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor project quality by ensuring engineering inspections meet industry standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Any degree

Languages:

• Must know Hindi, Urdu and English.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in engineering coordination, project management, or a related field within the third-party inspection or quality control industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, inspection processes, and industry standards.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project timelines
