Engineering Coordinator

The Engineering Coordinator at Ingeomin LLC plays a key role in supporting engineering operations, ensuring efficient project execution, and facilitating communication between design, technical, and site teams. This position is responsible for coordinating engineering activities across multiple disciplines, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor engineering project activities from planning through execution stages.
- Liaise between engineering teams, project managers, consultants, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review and track engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain project schedules, progress reports, and engineering logs.
- Support procurement and material submittals in coordination with technical requirements.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and provide coordination support during site execution.
- Organize and document project meetings, technical discussions, and action item tracking.
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to senior engineering management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of engineering project coordination and documentation control.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
