Position Overview
We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to oversee and manage daily engineering operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between engineers, contractors, and clients. The Engineering Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining Ingenios L LLC’s reputation for excellence in engineering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and operational planning initiatives.
• Monitor engineering performance and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in organizing site meetings, inspections, and technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s engineering regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes, site operations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and engineering management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
