Job description Qualifications / Experience: Graduate in Engineering Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical & Electronics

20+ years in vehicle testing operations with some exposure in customer support or business development in the same field.

5+ years of experience in senior management / leadership.

Master’s degree in related field of engineering is preferred.

Expected Responsibilities:

1. Overall business development - customer addition and retention, new scope of testing like homologation, R&D projects.

2. Manage track testing operations efficiently to increase revenue.

3. Manage the customer base and resolve their queries on day-to-day basis and keep them satisfied.

4. Manage Digital, Electronic and Communication Infrastructure for Proving Ground.

5. Coordinate for organising various other special events like racing, product launch, record making events, on the test tracks.

6. Professional collaboration with various organizations and technical institutes for understanding of technical requirements, proposing NATRAX facilities to create new business avenues.

7. Customer attraction to enhance the utilization of Test Tracks & rental revenues.

8. Strong liaisoning with customers for modification and building of proving ground infrastructure, including defining technical features / requirements.

9. Develop and maintain testing protocols and maintain high standards of quality and safety in all proving ground testing activities.

10. Ensure that all team members are trained and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

11. Ensure all documentation is maintained in line with safety protocols and procedures.

12. Stay and keep the team updated with the latest advancements in testing methodologies.

13. Encourage and enable team members to enhance skills for learning and professional development, offering a range of opportunities and resources in the organization.

14. Conduct technical sessions for new related technology areas.

Skills Desirable: Good knowledge of automotive testing, Vehicle Dynamics, Testing tracks and vehicle evaluation.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Strong Driving Skills on Track.

Strong knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements.

Good computer skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills.

Project management and budgeting skills. Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical and Electronics, Automobile, Mechanical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
