Engineering & Maintenance Manager (Hospital Industry)

Salary – 50000/- To 65000/- (Depend Interview)

Experience – 6 - 7 years (Hospital Industry)

Qualification – BE Electrical

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 availability of critical hospital utilities.
• Handle NABH, fire, electrical & documentation.
• Manage AMC vendors and outsourced maintenance staff.
• Monitor energy consumption, maintenance costs, and equipment uptime.
• Coordinate with clinical and admin teams.
• Lead and supervise engineering technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and outsourced staff.
• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of hospital infrastructure including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, medical gases, lifts, fire systems, and civil works.
• Monitor and maintain DG sets, UPS systems, transformers, and electrical panels.
• Coordinate with external agencies for statutory inspections and certifications.
• Prepare daily/monthly maintenance reports and KPI dashboards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
