Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise erection, installation, and commissioning of machinery.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and reduce machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Monitor machine performance, efficiency, and daily output.
• Allocate work to machine operators and ensure they follow SOPs.
• Maintain logbooks for maintenance, breakdowns, and spare parts.
• Ensure safety protocols, lockout/tagout, and machine-related compliance.
• Coordinate with production to meet daily and monthly manufacturing targets.
• Ensure proper training of machine operators and helpers.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare procurement and machine service.

Required Skills

• Experience in machine erection, commissioning & maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of PLC-controlled machines
• Experience in manufacturing/plant operations
• Leadership & team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
