Position Summary
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing all engineering activities related to the
design and detailing
of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers and structural steel. The role ensures timely delivery, high-quality engineering outputs, compliance with international standards and effective coordination with internal departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the design of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and related equipment

Manage structural steel detailing and design activities
-
Assign and monitor work for design engineers, detailers and draughtsmen
-
Ensure progress, productivity and quality of all engineering deliverables

Coordinate and communicate with customers on engineering and detailing requirements

Support Sales and Estimation teams during bid and proposal stages
-
Ensure timely generation of CNC files, material cutting lists, tracking reports and drawings
-
Ensure submission of as-built drawings, installation drawings and other customer-required documentation
-
Optimize the use of engineering software and tools

Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, National Board and customer standards

Support new product development initiatives

Prepare and submit periodic engineering and performance reports

Manage team performance, training needs and team development

Coordinates closely with Sales & Estimation, Projects, Production, Procurement, QA/QC, Accounts and Human Resources departments.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

10–12 years of relevant experience in industrial fabrication engineering

Experience in
design and detailed engineering of static equipment's

Minimum 5 years of experience
in leading and supervising the design
of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers and related equipment's

Proven experience in pressure vessels, tanks and structural steel design

Strong knowledge of applicable international codes and standards

Leadership experience managing engineering teams
