Phoenix is currently seeking an Engineering Manager to support their Galeton, PA facility nestled in the beautiful mountains of Potter County.

Position Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and providing direction for all technical areas including customer application development, tooling, maintenance, and product/process development.
• Ensuring correct and timely new product launches.
• Developing the necessary technical personnel to support current and potential business.
• Directing engineering projects and supervising the engineering and maintenance staff.
• Ensuring the conformance with organizational objectives.
• Driving continuous improvement.
• Assisting in customer visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Serving on the Steering Committee as well as the Management Review Team.
• Taking part in the development of the company’s annual budget and strategic business plan.
• Assisting with Advance Process Quality Planning (APQP) meetings for new parts.
• Traveling as required.
