Engineering Manager

We are currently supporting a leading EPC contractor in Saudi Arabia in their search for an experienced Design & Interface Manager to join a flagship mission-critical project in Riyadh.

This is a long-term opportunity on a major development with an anticipated project duration of approximately 2.5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Ensure design deliverables are aligned with project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.

• Identify and resolve design and interface issues to minimise project risks and delays.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders.

• Monitor design progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

• Support construction teams by providing technical guidance and resolving engineering queries.

Requirements:

• Strong EPC project experience within complex, large-scale developments.

• Previous experience in mission-critical environments is highly desirable, including Data Centres, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, or Biopharmaceutical facilities.

• Candidates with significant Oil & Gas EPC experience will also be considered.

• Proven track record managing design coordination and interfaces across multiple disciplines.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working on projects in the Middle East is advantageous.
