Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across backend and frontend development. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Technical Strategy
Define and guide system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all platforms.

Project Delivery
Oversee the end to end software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and optimization. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.

Performance Management
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career growth for team members.

Process Improvement
Implement best practices in agile development, code quality, and DevOps to improve efficiency and output.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
8+ years in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership or engineering management role.

Technical Expertise
Strong background in backend or full stack development with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive high performance in a fast paced environment.

Communication
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Mindset
You are results driven and pragmatic. You balance technical perfection with business priorities and know when to move fast.

Pay: QAR30,000.00 - QAR45,000.00 per month
