About Us:
SimpliGov helps state and local governments modernize paper-based processes into intelligent, AI-driven digital workflows. As we evolve toward an AI-first platform, our development velocity, model iteration frequency, and cross-team complexity increase. Strong delivery systems are essential to scale safely and predictably.
We are growing rapidly and looking for talented, high-impact players to join our team!
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly structured, systems-oriented Engineering Program Manager to strengthen delivery integrity across Engineering while guiding our evolution from a traditional Agile model toward an AI-first Product Development Lifecycle (AI-PDLC).
In the near term, this role will support and optimize our Agile delivery model — ensuring sprint health, cross-pod coordination, and predictable releases. Over time, this role will design and implement lightweight delivery and exposure mechanisms that support continuous deployment, feature-flag governance, and rapid AI iteration.
You are not a roadmap owner. You are the execution integrity owner — ensuring that what is built is sequenced intelligently, deployed safely, and exposed intentionally. This is a remote role open to all locations across the United States, but the ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern Time Zone.
