Engineering Technician is responsible for maintaining all hotel equipment, guest room facilities, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems to ensure smooth and safe hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for hotel rooms and public areas
• Attend to guest complaints related to electrical, plumbing, AC, lighting, TV, and fittings
• Maintain HVAC, DG sets, pumps, water treatment and electrical panels
• Ensure proper functioning of fire safety and emergency systems
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records
• Support renovation and repair works
• Follow safety, hygiene, and energy-saving procedures

Required Skills:

• Basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to handle AC, water pumps, lighting and general maintenance
• Understanding of hotel maintenance standards
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in shifts

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related trade preferred
