Managed Services Technician 4

Position Summary
Lionbridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managed Services Technician 4 to join our experienced team. The Managed Services Technician 4 will be a technical expert, responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing technical guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality managed services. This role requires a deep technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do

  • Provide expert-level technical support to clients, resolving complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendor support.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential problems before they impact clients.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to prevent future technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • A high school diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalency.
  • Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, with 3+ years in a managed services environment.
  • Strong technical skills in [relevant technologies].
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong grasp of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, OneNote, MS Outlook Exchange etc.).
