Engineers (Female) STEM and ROBOTICS (Mechanical ,electrical engineer)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Primary STEM Instructor to inspire young learners in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The ideal candidate will foster curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences. This role involves planning and delivering engaging STEM lessons, collaborating with classroom teachers, and contributing to the development of a dynamic and forward-thinking curriculum.

• Design and implement age-appropriate STEM curricula aligned with national and international standards.
• Deliver interactive and inquiry-based lessons that integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts.
• Utilize project-based learning and real-world applications to enhance student engagement and understanding.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to integrate STEM concepts across subjects and ensure cohesive learning experiences.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning sessions to align STEM initiatives with overall educational goals.
• Monitor and assess student progress through observations, projects, and formative assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Support students in developing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Organize and maintain STEM resources, including materials, equipment, and digital tools.
• Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and experimentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
