Being the Service Engineer of the product company, you will be responsible for -
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Strong Communication/Response At a Real Time to the customers
Strong Coordination within Team-Central Hub-Vasai -Service Engineers and Service Coordinators
Responsible for Spare part Management and Inventory control
Responsible for Assets and Tools inventory Management.
Responsible for TAT (TAT Ratio to be maintain 95%) and Engineers Productivity
Responsible for customers end Service Review /Survey and Feedback for improve Service quality.
Responsible for Qualitative Service Support with Zero recurrence to enhance the customer
satisfaction
Provide /Share Weekly/Monthly Service Report with Central Hub Team on time.
Responsible for maintain 6S at all North Region service locations and face Audit, NC closure.
Responsible for Time Management of Team Members
Technical Training to the Service Engineers – Scanning, Level- I, Level-II, Level-III.
Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish Fintech/ clean techn electronic equipment
Troubleshoot and test electronic components to board level, using various methods and testing
equipment
Repair and/ or replace electronic components to board level, including but not limited to: diodes,
transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, other printed circuit components, etc.
Communicate with Repair Services management to keep them informed of job status Evaluate
equipment and determine correct repair procedures.
Participate in generation of work instructions and test fixtures for testing Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures Perform field service visits as required to resolve technical issues experienced by customers in a timely manner

used in say Africa, Latin America)
Working experience with both product and services technology
