Duties

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to diverse learner needs and proficiency levels
• Deliver engaging, clear, and energetic lessons that promote active participation and understanding
• Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and interactive activities
• Provide constructive feedback to guide student improvement and encourage continuous learning
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to communicate confidently
• Utilize multimedia tools and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience
• Support students outside of class by offering additional resources or guidance as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching or tutoring English to learners of various ages and backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan engaging lessons efficiently
• Passionate about education and dedicated to student success
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learner needs
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology is a plus
• Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
