Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English educator to inspire and guide students in developing their language skills, literacy, and communication abilities. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across various grade levels, including early childhood and preschool education.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to deliver interactive lessons and track student progress.
  • Develop tailored instructional strategies for students with special educational needs or disabilities, ensuring inclusive classroom practices.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
  • Support literacy education initiatives by teaching reading, writing, comprehension, and language skills through engaging activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment methods to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Provide academic advising and tutoring to students needing additional support in English language arts or related subjects such as math or physical education.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored to diverse learners.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and integrating learning technology into daily instruction.
  • Experience working with children of various ages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and students with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective instruction, parent engagement, and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage classrooms effectively while maintaining a nurturing environment conducive to learning.
  • Familiarity with special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Background in literacy education, writing skills development, and teaching physical education or library services is a plus.
