Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic English lessons tailored to diverse student needs and proficiency levels
• Manage classroom activities effectively to promote active participation and respectful behavior
• Provide personalized tutoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives and address individual challenges
• Support students’ language development by incorporating interactive exercises, multimedia tools, and real-world applications
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments
• Communicate regularly with students and parents or guardians about performance and areas for improvement
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning

Experience

• Prior teaching experience in classroom settings or tutoring environments is highly desirable
• Experience working with children, teenagers, or adult learners in educational contexts
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate students
• Background in adult education or childcare is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
