Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site English Chat Account role specializing in technical sales, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves engaging with clients via online chat platforms to provide support and technical sales solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting clients with product-related questions, and providing professional advice to convert potential leads into sales. Additionally, you will identify customer needs, provide prompt resolutions, and uphold excellent service standards to enhance the client experience.

• Rotational shifts (latest 9 PM)

• Net salary Range salary 9k -11500 (based on english level) +unlimited commission
