About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive English Client Success Specialist to join our team in 6th of October City. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting them in achieving their goals through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction

Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients

Conduct quality calls to ensure service standards are met

Handle client complaints and solve conflicts professionally

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues

Follow up with clients regarding pending payments

Ensure all client requests are handled on time

Keep records of client communication and feedback

Report client concerns to management when needed
Requirements
-
Previous experience in Customer Service / Client Relations / Account Management preferred

Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)

Strong communication skills

Problem solving skills and attention to details

Ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Ability to follow up and track tasks accurately
Working Conditions

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including one hour break

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
