ENGLISH COMMUNICATION TRAINER

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to various adult education levels, including literacy education, bilingual instruction, and special education needs such as deaf or visually impaired education
• Deliver interactive lessons that incorporate modern learning technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance student engagement and retention
• Coach teachers and tutors on instructional strategies, classroom management, lesson planning, and effective communication techniques
• Design instructional materials and assessments aligned with adult language education standards and best practices in instructional design
• Support students with diverse learning styles by providing personalized tutoring sessions and adapting teaching methods accordingly
• Manage classroom environments to ensure inclusive, respectful, and productive learning spaces for all students
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve curriculum content and teaching approaches based on feedback and educational research

Experience

• Proven experience in teaching English communication skills within adult education settings or similar environments
• Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design for diverse learner populations
• Experience working with students who have special needs such as deaf or visually impaired education is highly desirable
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and online teaching methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to coach teachers or peers in classroom management, tutoring techniques, and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of adult language education principles, literacy education strategies, and working with bilingual learners is preferred
• Prior classroom experience across various educational contexts including classroom management and working with students from diverse backgrounds
