Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for an English Customer Care representative. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling inquiries effectively, and resolving issues promptly. Additional tasks involve maintaining thorough and professional communication with customers while contributing to the overall success of the service team.

  • Proven commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English and the ability to articulate clearly
  • Previous experience in customer care or a related field is a plus
