English Customer Service Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance, resolving customer issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and documenting customer interactions. It involves actively listening to customers' needs and ensuring they are met with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, Customer Support skills
  • Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
