This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Agent (B2-C1 level proficiency) located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves assisting customers by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Agent will actively interact with customers to deliver a superior and seamless experience that aligns with company goals.

• Strong proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to deliver timely and effective assistance.
• Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Experience to ensure engagement and loyalty.
• Ability to handle Customer Representatives interactions with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2-C1 proficiency).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Flexibility to work on-site at the Qesm El Maadi location.
• Experience in similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
