Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented English Quality Analyst with excellent command over English pronunciation, grammar, and natural accent flow, along with a basic understanding of Hindi language.
The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and refining English audio used in our academic e-Learning to ensure that it sounds natural, contextually accurate, and aligned with an Indian audience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Listen carefully to English voiceovers and evaluate their clarity, tone, pronunciation, and accent consistency.
● Identify and flag errors related to:
○ Mispronunciation or incorrect stress
○ Non-Indian accent deviation
○ Improper modulation or robotic tone
○ Grammar, pause, and pacing inconsistencies with the script
● Cross-check that the spoken content matches the given script word-for-word.
● Suggest or edit improvements to enhance naturalness and engagement of the voiceover.
● Collaborate with the content and technical teams to provide audio improvement feedback for re-generation or fine-tuning.
● Review Hindi terms or short bilingual references appearing in English audio to ensure correct usage and pronunciation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Excellent command of the English language (listening, pronunciation, and grammar).
● Familiarity with Indian English accent and ability to identify differences from other accents (US/UK).
● Basic understanding of Hindi to verify occasional Hindi words or phrases.
● Strong attention to detail and a good ear for tone, rhythm, and modulation.
● Prior experience in audio QA, voice-over reviewing, linguistics, English Language QA preferred.● Ability to work independently with scripts, transcriptions, and audio tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Mass Communication, or any related field.
● Knowledge of phonetics or accent training is an added advantage.

Purpose of the Role:
This role ensures that English voiceovers for academic eLearning content maintain a natural Indian accent, accurate pronunciation, and proper modulation, so learners experience authentic and engaging audio content aligned with the script.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
