Doctors Charter School is seeking highly qualified, student-centered professionals to join our team and support student achievement through exceptional compliance, collaboration, and instructional support.

ESE Specialist

Responsibilities:

✔ Facilitate IEP, eligibility, and reevaluation meetings

✔ Monitor ESE compliance, timelines, and documentation

✔ Coordinate accommodations for state and district assessments

✔ Support teachers with accommodations, modifications, and intervention strategies

✔ Collaborate with families, service providers, and school personnel to support student success

Qualifications:

✔ Valid Florida ESE Certification required

✔ Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and Florida ESE regulations

✔ Experience with IEP development, compliance monitoring, and progress monitoring preferred

ELL Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities:

✔ Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements for English Language Learners (ELLs)

✔ Coordinate ELL testing, student plans, and required documentation

✔ Monitor timelines and maintain accurate student records

✔ Support teachers with ELL accommodations and instructional best practices

✔ Collaborate with families, staff, and district personnel to support multilingual learners

Qualifications:

✔ ESOL Endorsement or ESOL Certification preferred

✔ Knowledge of META Consent Decree requirements and ELL compliance procedures

✔ Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills
