English Language Arts Teacher – Altos Academy
Location: Los Altos, CA | In-Person | Part-Time

Altos Academy is seeking passionate and experienced English Language Arts (ELA) teachers to join our growing team for both our Summer full-day programs and Fall after-school enrichment courses (Grades K–12).

We are looking for educators who are enthusiastic about teaching, committed to student growth, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a small-group learning environment.

Position Details

• in-person, after-school hours (3:45 PM–7:30 PM, flexible scheduling available)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, or related field)
• At least 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience with middle school and elementary students (Grades K–12)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• In-person availability in Los Altos, CA
• Experience teaching reading comprehension, writing, grammar, or public speaking preferred
