Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an English Second Language Tutor. The tutor will conduct one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions to help students improve their English language skills, including grammar, pronunciation, and conversational fluency. Responsibilities include designing tailored lesson plans, identifying individual learning needs, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an engaging, supportive learning environment. The tutor will play a key role in helping students achieve their language goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL or equivalent certification preferred)
• Experience in Online Tutoring and one-on-one Tutoring
• Strong background in Teaching and adapting to diverse learning styles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
• Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary technology for online sessions

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: E£100.00 - E£250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
