English Language Instructor

Harvest Training Center is hiring a qualified English Language Trainer to join the training team for the Arish English Training Initiative .

The role focuses on delivering effective English language training aligned with modern teaching standards and learner-centered methodologies.

Al Arish – North Sinai

The English Language Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured English language sessions across different levels, ensuring alignment with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and supporting learners in achieving measurable language progress.

• Deliver English language training sessions according to CEFR standards.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials aligned with assigned levels.
• Conduct placement and progress assessments when required.
• Engage learners using interactive and communicative teaching methods.
• Monitor and evaluate learner progress throughout the program.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.

• Strong knowledge of the CEFR framework .
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on teaching/training experience .
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging, learner-centered sessions.
• Commitment to scheduled working hours and program objectives.
• Preference for candidates based in Al Arish or nearby areas.

• 6 working hours per day , 6 days per week (Friday off).
• One of the following shifts:
• 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
