English Language Instructor (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL)

We are seeking a dynamic, quick-to-learn, and highly motivated English Language Instructor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver high-quality training for IELTS Academic, while also supporting the expansion of our language training portfolio into other globally recognised English proficiency exams.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth. While prior experience in additional language tests is not mandatory, the candidate must be willing to utilise company resources and training time to develop expertise in exams such as PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT (Home-Based and Centre-Based), Oxford ELLT, LanguageCert, and Duolingo English Test within the first two months.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured and engaging training sessions for IELTS Academic candidates
• Conduct 3–4 classes per day, ensuring high student engagement and learning outcomes
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and practice exercises
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain daily reports, student progress records, and performance analysis
• Dedicate time to self-learning and skill development in additional English language tests
• Adapt teaching methods according to student needs and evolving test formats

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language (preferred)
• Candidates with other Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees will be considered based on relevant experience
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience or knowledge of IELTS is required
• Knowledge of PTE Academic will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new testing systems
• Strong organisational and reporting skills

Work Schedule

• Office-based role
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours daily)
