Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a proficient English Language Instructor to deliver engaging and comprehensive online instruction to students across Grades 1 to 8. The instructor will be responsible for creating lesson plans, conducting live classes, and mentoring students to enhance their English language skills. A strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking, combined with the ability to teach effectively in a virtual environment, is essential. Candidates must have a passion for teaching and the ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs while fostering a supportive and interactive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive online English lessons to students in Grades 1 to 8.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills with a focus on practical usage.
- Customize lesson plans to meet individual student needs and learning levels.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to improve their language skills.
- Utilize innovative teaching tools and software to create dynamic and effective lessons.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress regularly.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of proven teaching experience with young learners, preferably in online education.
- Skills:
- Proficient in English grammar, speaking, and writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and student-centered lesson plans.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.

- Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection, a laptop/PC with a functional camera and microphone, and familiarity with virtual teaching software.
