Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced English Language Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to college students as part of their academic curriculum. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, have a strong command of English communication skills, and be able to engage and inspire students in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured English language training sessions to college students
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
• Focus on improving students’ communication, grammar, vocabulary, and soft skills
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain student attendance and performance records
• Collaborate with college faculty for seamless integration of training sessions
• Ensure a professional and motivating learning environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an English Language Trainer or Soft Skills Trainer
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience working with college students preferred
• Ability to handle large classroom sessions effectively
• Must be located in Bangalore, preferably near Thanisandra or willing to commute
