Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is hiring teachers for its one-year youth development program in North India. FEA is a charitable trust that provides free education to students above 18 years, focusing on English, Digital Literacy, and building productive mindsets. Each teacher impacts the lives of 55–60 students annually while gaining valuable skills and career growth opportunities.

Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline, basic English communication, willingness to commit for at least 1 year, and readiness to relocate (accommodation support provided). No prior teaching experience required.

Benefits: Starting salary Rs. 14,500/month, annual bonuses up to Rs. 20,000, paid leave, medical insurance, and career growth opportunities. Teachers also receive extensive training (lodging, meals, stipend, and travel support provided).
