Job Title: Spoken English Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Spoken English Trainer to help our learners improve their verbal communication, pronunciation, and overall confidence in the English language. The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of the English language and the ability to create an engaging, interactive learning environment for students of various proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Training: Conduct interactive sessions focusing on fluency, pronunciation, voice and accent, and conversational English.
• Curriculum Customization: Adapt teaching materials and lesson plans to meet the specific needs of individual students or batches.
• Performance Tracking: Assess students' current proficiency levels and provide regular, constructive feedback on their progress.
• Engagement: Use creative methods such as role-plays, debates, and group discussions to encourage students to speak more freely.
• Grammar & Vocabulary: Simplify complex grammar rules and help students expand their daily vocabulary.
• Confidence Building: Help learners overcome the fear of speaking in public or professional settings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field, any Bachelor degree.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a Spoken English Trainer or Communication Coach.
• Language Mastery: Exceptional command over spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Soft Skills: High level of patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) if the role is remote.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
