English Language Teacher Bilingual English & Persian Speaker

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional English Language Teacher (ESL) to join our education institute in the UAE.

We welcome candidates who are passionate about teaching, have strong communication skills, and can create an engaging learning environment for students from different backgrounds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach English language skills including Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing, Grammar & Vocabulary
• Conduct interactive English classes for students of different levels
• Help Farsi-speaking students understand lessons when required
• Prepare lesson plans, activities, and learning materials
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional classroom environment
• Encourage students to improve their confidence in English communication
• Adapt teaching methods according to student needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Farsi (Persian)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good classroom management skills
• Energetic, patient, and student-focused personality
• Ability to work with multicultural students
• Flexible and quick learner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an ESL Teacher / English Teacher / Language Instructor
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification is an advantage
• Experience in UAE education institutes is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field is a plus
