Job Description: English Language Lab Teacher
Location: On-site (Gulistan-e-Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal)

About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and reflective Language Lab Teachers to join our growing
Language Lab initiative. This role focuses on teaching language as a skill rather than as
a rote subject, with emphasis on communication, comprehension, expression, and
confidence-building across grades 1–8.

Language Lab Teachers will work in a structured but creative environment, delivering
engaging lessons, participating in ongoing training, and contributing to a culture of
innovation in language teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate interactive Language Lab sessions focused on listening, speaking, reading,
• and expression.
• Implement lesson plans aligned with monthly themes and skill-based objectives.
• Encourage student participation through discussions, activities, and performance-based tasks.
• Participate in teacher training, feedback sessions, and professional development

workshops.

• Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered classroom environment

• Required Qualifications:

A-Level / Intermediate qualification or a Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
in English, Education, Linguistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Interest in education, language development, and working with children.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are strongly preferred.
• Candidates early in their careers who are eager to learn, be trained, and grow as

educators are highly encouraged to apply.

• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Experienced candidates may apply, but openness to learning new pedagogical

approaches is essential.
