English Language Teacher (Female and Arabic Speaker)

Job Title: English Language Teacher (Full-Time)

Location: MBZ City, Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role:
ATHAR Academy for Training and Development is seeking a qualified and passionate English Language Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be capable of teaching students of different ages and levels, from foundational English skills to advanced language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons for children, teenagers, and adults.
• Teach reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.
• Assess students’ levels and create appropriate learning plans.
• Support students in overcoming language weaknesses and improving academic performance.
• Prepare students for school exams and international English assessments when required.
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and educational materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English Language.
• Proven experience teaching English language to different age groups.
• Ability to teach students from beginner and foundation levels through advanced levels.
• Strong knowledge of English language teaching methodologies.
• Experience in school support programs, exam preparation, and language development.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and student success.
• Experience in educational centers or private tutoring is an advantage.

Preferred: Candidates currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
