Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Language Trainer to help learners improve their proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and tailoring training programs to suit various levels – from beginners to advanced learners. This role may involve working with students, professionals, or corporate clients depending on the setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver English language lessons in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Create and adapt lesson plans based on learners’ needs and levels.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to ensure effective learning.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress, and performance.
• Stay updated with current language teaching methods and tools.
• Customize corporate training programs for business or professional English (if required).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an English trainer, teacher, or instructor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage learners of all levels.
• Comfortable with online and in-person training platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
