Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced English Trainer to deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to learners of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong grasp of English grammar and communication skills, and the ability to tailor lessons based on individual or group needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver English language training sessions (spoken, written, grammar, vocabulary, etc.).
• Conduct needs assessments and proficiency tests to determine learners' levels.
• Create lesson plans, learning materials, and exercises that align with curriculum goals.
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments, presentations, and speaking activities.
• Develop and implement engaging teaching techniques for both online and offline platforms.
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and language learning trends.
• Collaborate with other trainers, academic coordinators, or HR departments (for corporate training) to improve course delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as an English Trainer or English Teacher.
• Excellent command of the English language—both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and learning management systems (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle).
• Ability to engage learners and adapt to different learning styles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with business English or corporate communication training.
• Knowledge of test preparation strategies for standardized English exams.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.
• Creativity in designing interactive activities and multimedia content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
