We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Front desk Administrative Assistant with strong communication skills to join our team.
Job responsibilities
· Answer phone calls and welcome walk-in customers
· Schedule deliveries and coordinate with customers
· Assist with daily administrative tasks
· Communicate with the warehouse and drives to ensure smooth deliveries
· Perform basic document organization and record keeping
Requirements
· Detail – oriented and responsible
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Fluent in English. Spanish preferred. Mandarin is a plus.
· U.S Work Authorization
· Driver license
· Sincere, reliable and looking for long-term stable employment
· Basic computer skills
· Prior experience is a Plus

· Friendly and supportive team atmosphere
· Comfortable working environment
Work Hours
Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm (Rotating Weekends Overtime pay 1.5)
