3. Past experience as a nursery teacher is a must.

4. English can not be lower than level 5. (Intermediate to advanced level of ability, equivalent to the B1 (Intermediate) level in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).)

Maintain utmost professionalism at all times and ensure daily checklist is completed

Job Requirements

· Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes.

· Following the monthly THEME and ensuring objectives are reached as per lesson plan

· Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem

· Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling in play-based environment

· Planning activities to address early childhood development needs.

· Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.

· Monitoring free time on the playground.

· Ensuring the class is a clean, safe, and organized environment with ALL creative and class visuals updated

· Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.

· Communicating with parents through ICARE app to (filling in daily reports) on wellbeing and development

· Writing up reports for parents on each child's developmental progress.

· Follow all the Sparks way of working and classroom best practices.

· Manage team (co teacher and nanny) to ensure the wellbeing of the children in all developmental areas.

· Maintain Child profiles with detailed and up to date children progress and observations

· Assist in Wellbeing be that Hygiene, Feeding, Self care, Nurture while distressed

Academics & Experience

· Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.

· Degree in education, with a focus on early childhood development (preferred)

· Minimum Level 5 English
