About the Job

We seek a dedicated educator to join our Bear-Delaware team, teaching students in person across K–12 levels.

Ideal candidates will be patient, nurturing, and able to inspire trust and enthusiasm in young learners.

Key qualifications include familiarity with teaching strategies and the ability to create an engaging environment.

The role supports children's social-emotional growth and smooth transitions into future learning stages.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a teacher
• Understanding of child development and educational methods
• Classroom management skills
• Strong communication and listening abilities
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively
• Child CPR certification (optional); COVID vaccination preferred
• Passion, patience, creativity, and reliability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
