Key responsibilities

• Instruction and curriculum: Develop and implement detailed lesson plans for advanced English courses, covering grammar, vocabulary, literature, and composition.
• Student assessment: Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Classroom management: Create a positive, productive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Student support: Provide individualized guidance and extra support to students who need additional assistance in their English skills.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers, administrative staff, and parents to support student development and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Professional development: Stay updated on the latest educational practices and integrate new teaching methods as appropriate.
• Examination preparation: Prepare students for important examinations and guide them toward academic success.

Essential qualifications

• Master's degree in English Literature or a related field.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or an equivalent teaching degree.
• Proficiency in English teaching and communication.
• Prior experience in teaching at the high school or senior secondary level is often preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to use educational technology and resources effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
