English Placement Test Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct oral placement tests to accurately assess students’ English proficiency levels.

- Record and update students’ test results and scores in the system with accuracy.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly placement test reports.

- Observe ESL classes when required to evaluate students’ progress and academic needs.

- Support the recruitment process by conducting initial technical interviews for ESL instructor candidates when required.

- Provide support in covering ESL classes when necessary.

- Follow up with prospective students after placement tests to support the enrollment process.

- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure proper student placement and smooth communication.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

- Experience: Previous experience in education, language training centers, or academic coordination is preferred.

- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English.

- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students and academic staff.

- Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is preferred.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage reports, testing schedules, and student records efficiently.

- Adaptability: Ability to support different academic and administrative tasks when required.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems.
