We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Calling Executive to join our growing software development company. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from potential clients, understand their requirements, and guide them toward the right software solutions. If you have strong communication skills and an interest in the IT industry, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information about our software services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions or services.
• Document all client interactions, inquiries, and requirements in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for lead handover and follow-ups.
• Provide basic product knowledge, pricing info, and service details over the phone.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support.
• Manage call flow, respond promptly, and ensure timely resolution of queries.
